Овощное рагу

Овощное, вегетарианское рагу, очень полезное и сытное блюдо. В нем содержится здоровье и сила овощей. Сногсшибательный аромат покорит ваше сердце моментально. Его можно готовить как на праздник так и каждый день и оно вам не приестся.

Ингредиенты:

  • Кабачок.................................1 шт.

  • Помидоры..........................2 шт.

  • Картофель..........................7 шт.

  • Перец болгарский..........2 шт.

  • Лук репчатый...................1 шт.

  • Яйца куриные..................2 шт.

  • Молоко..............................1 ст.

  • Майонез............................150 г.

  • Сыр....................................120 г.

  • Масло растительное

  • Соль

  • Перец

  • Зелень

Способ приготовления:

  1. Для начала промоем все овощи, нарежем кружочками картофель, кабачок, помидоры.

  2. Полукольцами нарежем репчатый лук и болгарский перец.

  3. Теперь возьмем форму для запекания, предварительно смазав  ее растительным маслом.

  4. Начинаем выкладывать слоями картофель (посолить), лук, кабачок, болгарский перец, помидоры.

  5. Возьмем яйца,  соединим их с зеленью, майонезом, молоком, добавим тертого сыра и взобьем.

  6. После солим и перчим смесь, а потом заливаем ей равномерно все овощи в форме.

  7. Необходимо готовить в предварительно разогретой духовке до 150 ºС в течение 35 минут.
