Щи из крапивы

Вегетарианские щи это весеннее настроение , витамины и аппетитный вкус! Приготовив их вы станете веселее и гармоничнее потому что в них все, что дает нам природа.

Ингредиенты:

  • Крапива………………………200 г

  • Картофель………………….4 шт.

  • Морковь……………………..1 шт.

  • Репчатый лук……………1 шт.

  • Томатный соус………..2 ст. л.

  • Мука……………………………1 ч. л.

  • Соль

  • Перец

Способ приготовления:

  1. Берем верхушки молодой крапивы и подготавливаем ее, тщательно промывая под водой и ошпаривая кипятком. После этого нарезаем ее.

  2. Поставить кастрюлю с водой на газ и довести до кипения.

  3. Картофель нарезать кубиками, отправить в кипяченую воду. Отваривать 15 минут.

  4. Затем к картофелю добавить порезанную крапиву. Варим все 5 минут.

  5. Подготовить муку. Предварительно ее необходимо подсушить на сковороде (она должна получить бледно-кремовый оттенок). Охладить.

  6. Нарезаем лук, натираем на крупной терке морковь. В течение нескольких минут даем им потомиться на сковороде. Затем к луку и моркови отправляем томатный соус и оставляем томиться еще на 3 минуты. Добавляем к полученной томатной смеси муку. Тщательно размешиваем.

  7. Подготовленную смесь направляем в кастрюлю к овощам. Варим до полной готовности блюда. За 2 минуты до этого добавляем соль, перец и при необходимости иные специи.

  8. К столу можно подавать со сметаной и зеленью.
