Вегетарианская, острая, маринованная капуста быстрого приготовления готовиться в течении 12 часов. Порадует вас своим пикантным вкусом.

Ингредиенты:

  • Капуста.............................3 кг

  • Морковь...........................350 г

  • Чеснок..............................10 зуб.

  • Вода..................................2 л

  • Растительное масло........250 мл

  • Сахар................................230 г

  • Соль..................................4 ст. л.

  • Уксус.................................3 ст. л.

Способ приготовления:

  1. Для вегетарианской пикантной капусты необходимо подготовить все ингредиенты: вымыть капусту и замочить ее предварительно на 20 минут, чтобы избавиться от мусора.

  2. Теперь нарезаем капусту и морковь, перемешиваем  и кладем в стеклянные банки.

  3. Делаем маринад: в воду добавляем соль, масло растительное, сахар и доводим до кипения. Убираем с огня  и вливаем уксус. 

  4. Получившимся рассолом заливаем капусту в банках, закрываем крышками и даем остыть. Потом отправляем в холодильник. Через сутки капуста готова к употреблению.
