Борщ «Здоровье»

Так сложилось, что настоящий борщ должен быть на мясе , но это просто стереотипы. Представляем вашему вниманию самый вкусный и полезный Вегетарианский борщ.

Ингредиенты:

  • Свекла………………2 шт.

  • Картофель………..3 шт.

  • Морковь……………1 шт.

  • Капуста………………1/2 кочана

  • Яблоко……………….1 шт.

  • Репчатый лук…….1 шт.

  • Соль

  • Перец

Способ приготовления:

  • Кастрюлю наполнить нужным количеством воды, поставить на газ и довести до кипения.

  • За это время овощи и яблоко промыть. Все порезать соломкой.

  • В кипяченую воду добавляем подготовленные ингредиенты в следующей последовательности:

    - картофель (отваривать в течение десяти минут),

    - свеклу (отваривать в течение восьми минут),

    - морковь (отваривать в течение пяти минут),

    - капусту, яблоко и лук (отваривать в течение пяти минут).

  •  За 2 минуты до готовности посолить, поперчить (при желании добавить иные специи).

  • Перед тем, как подать на стол, борщу нужно настояться около 20 минут. При необходимости заправить сметаной, маслом (подсолнечным или сливочным), чесноком и т.п.

    I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting
    my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get setup?
    I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?

    I'm not very web smart so I'm not 100% certain. Any suggestions
