Тесто для пиццы

Пицца должна быть пиццей, и тесто для нее должно быть соответствующим. В этой статье представлен рецепт Оригинального теста для пиццы, также и для Вегетарианской

Ингредиенты:

  •  

    • Мука пшеничная...............................3 части

    • Дрожжи(быстродествующие)......10 г.

    • Оливковое масло........................... 1 ст.л.

    • Вода...................................................1 часть

    • Соль...................................................0,5 ч.л.

    • Сахар................................................1 ст.л.

Способ приготовления:

  1. Чтобы приготовить правильное тесто для пиццы необходимо взять теплую воду, но не более чем 35 ºС и растворить в ней дрожжи ( можно быстродействующие).

  2. В растворенные жидкие дрожжи нужно добавить соль, сахар, и оливковое масло тщательно перемешать.

  3. Всыпать всю муку в полученную жидкость и вымесить тесто , возможно муки потребуется чуть больше - это зависит от ее сорта и качества.

  4. После оставляете тесто в теплом месте , на 30 мин.

  5. Как тесто поднялось, обомните его. Всё, тесто готово для приготовления пиццы.
