Сырно-чесночный соус

Вегетарианцы не меньше , а может и даже больше используют соусы в своем рационе здорового питания!!!. Представляем вам пикантный сырно-чесночный вегетарианский соус. Он подойдет и для запекания, так и для свеже приготовленных блюд.

Ингредиенты:

  • Сыр...................80 гр.

  • Чеснок...............2 зуб.

  • Майонез............150 гр.

  • Соевый соус......1 ст. л.

  • Чёрный перец

  • Петрушка

  • Укроп

 

Способ приготовления:

  1. Для приготовления нам понадобится  глубокая миска. Желательно взять полутвердый сыр.

  2. Сначала  сыр, натираем на мелкую терку.

  3. Туда-же  на мелкую терку натираем чеснок.

  4. Добавляем майонез  и соевый соус,все перемешиваем.

  5. В полученную смесь добавить по вкусу перец , зелень  и еще раз перемешаем.

  6. Сырно-чесночный соус готов.
